GTI INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT (GIPA)

An investment club and partnership is an informal, lively, active working group of persons committed to being in control of their financial lives and focused on achieving very specific investment objectives. It is a highly self regulated and independent partnership in which a group of people commits to supporting each other professionally towards learning and maximizing to themselves the art and benefits of investing. An investment club or partnership can be started when about five or more like-minded friends, church members, colleagues and acquaintances get together to pull their resources together for the purpose of being managed as a fund investable in al aspects of of the Capital and Money Markets. In many cases, additional members are admitted from time to time into such clubs/partnerships subject to the rules and regulations of the club.

Membership of the club/partnership set for themselves specific targets in phases like making their first N1million, the next N5million, and then N20million and so on. Usually, the club or partnership sets up it’s unique “Operational Rules” and every member demonstrates faith and commitment to the process by signing the rules and paying up the agreed initial investment amounts. The pool of funds from these dynamic investors amounting to not less than N500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) is then managed by GTI to fulfill the financial goals of the club.

A notable advantage of this product is that a partnership greatly helps and enhances the chance of an individual achieving his financial goals and objectives with consistency and by avoiding the risks of distractions by stated goals. GTI manages a pool of funds for investment in the capital and money market with a view to maximizing derivable returns from such investment.

The features of this product includes a minimum and guaranteed return at 3% above the MRR, regular report on the position of the fund under management, ease of pulling out at any particular time, and ease of conversion to personalized investment in shares.
