GBOLAHAN ADEBIYI  PHILLIPS (ACS) -GENERAL MANAGER
Mr. Gbolahan Adebiyi Phillips is a graduate of Liberal Arts (Business Administration /Marketing Management) and a Chartered Stockbroker. He has over fourteen years experience in Stock Broking practice. He joined GTI Capital as General Manager Operation in 2004

ADEBOYE IYIOLU ADEGBEMI (ACA, ACIB, ACPIN, ACS) AGM – CORPORATE FINANCE
Mr. Adeboye Iyiolu Adegbemi is an Associate member of both the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria. Mr. Adegbemi has over 20 years cognate experience in Finance industry. He joined GTI CAPITAL LIMITED in 2006 to drive and apply his wealth of experience in Corporate Finance Unit of the company.

CHARLES OLAYINKA OSIBODU BSC,FCA,ACTI,MNIM

Mr. Charles Olayinka Osibodu is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria since 1997. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He graduated from the University of Lagos in June 1984 with Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Second Class Upper Division. He has 24 years cognate experience in Auditing, Accounting, Banking Management, Marketing and Information Technology. He joined GTI Capital Ltd. as Finance Controller in 2009.

MR. AKINTADE AKINKUGBE-HEAD AUDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT
Mr. Akinkugbe, a chartered Accountant is an alumnus of the University of Lagos where he took a Bsc. (Hons), Accounting in 1974. He was an Audit Senior at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Water House Coopers), a reputable International Firm of Chartered Accountants between 1975 and 1976.

As a banker, he was both Chief Accountant and Chief Inspector, Owena Bank (now Spring Bank) between 1985 and 1990, and AGM, Finance Savannah Bank Limited between 1990 and 1997 from where he was head hunted to restructure Okitipupa Oil Palm Plc between 1998 and 2000. He left to restructure Silver Financial Services (Member of Nigeria Stock Exchange), an ailing Stockbroking Firm as MD/CEO.

An accomplished Chartered Accountant, Mr. Akinkugbe has brought his wealth of professional experience to GTI Capital Ltd as the Group Head Audit and Risk Management.
