GTI STOCK MARKET TRADING (GSMT)

The GTI Stock Management Trading Account affords the individual or organization with a regular source of income to make regular purchases of shares as a way of saving and investing towards the achievement of their financial objective. Under this arrangement the GTI ensures that the investor is able to buy stocks by sending cash/checks regularly with appropriate instructions. GTI INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (GIPM)

This product is available to personal trusts and individuals who already own or wish to acquire substantial holdings in equities and debt instruments/fixed income instruments.
This product therefore offers the investor protection of funds, capital growth and minimization of fluctuations and volatility. This product seeks to maximize profits and reduce non-performing stocks to acquire stocks that perform. It also ensures that clients portfolio consists of liquid stocks which are convertible at any given period. The product gives the client the additional benefits of growth, hedge against inflation, no capital gain tax, and availability of short term facilities. Tracking of old and new dividend warrants are also possible. Minimum initial investment for the portfolio management service is N1million only or $10,000 U.S. with additional investments possible funds are made available. GTI INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNT (GIPA)

An investment club and partnership is an informal, lively, active working group of persons committed to being in control of their financial lives and focused on achieving very specific investment objectives. It is a highly self regulated and independent partnership in which a group of people commits to supporting each other professionally towards learning and maximizing to themselves the art and benefits of investing. An investment club or partnership can be started when about five or more like-minded friends, church members, colleagues and acquaintances get together to pull their resources together for the purpose of being managed as a fund investable in al aspects of of the Capital and Money Markets. In many cases, additional members are admitted from time to time into such clubs/partnerships subject to the rules and regulations of the club. GTI MARGIN TRADE (GMT) AND COLLATERALIZED CREDITS

The GTI Margin Account is a credit service that affords the investor access to invest at a very competitive rate. The investor deposits a minimum of N1million for investment purposes and GTI lends to the investor an equivalent amount for the purchase of share at a rate of interest agreed with the investor. The shares purchased are used as collateral for the loan. This product helps the small saver cultivate an enduring investment culture thereby creating wealth for him. The product guarantees a minimum return of 2.5% over and above the marginal rate of return which presently stands at 13%. With this product, we assists investors to obtain credit/loan secured by their stockholdings and treasury bills from banks.

GTI LEASE FINANCE (GLF)
